Since 2003, Newlin has been instrumental in delivering tailored iMIS solutions that help organisations streamline operations and achieve their business goals.

As a seasoned professional, Newlin specializes in enterprise architecture, solution design, and project management, with deep expertise in business analysis and iMIS & RiSE configuration. His comprehensive understanding of complex systems allows him to lead high-impact projects, driving digital transformation for a wide range of clients. Under his leadership, Integr8tiv continues to evolve as a trusted partner for organisations seeking innovative solutions to maximize their use of iMIS technology.

Jen is the Director of Operations and Client Success at Integr8tiv, where she ensures the optimal resource utilisation and high-quality project delivery. She oversees workload scheduling, account management, and reporting, while fostering client relationships and driving new programmes of work and projects. Jen plays a key role in refining service offerings, supporting sales initiatives, and managing relationships with third-party software providers like ASI, CSI, and Higher Logic. She is also responsible for growing and retaining technical talent, as well as effective project planning and implementation of iMIS and web-based applications.

Kati is a senior consultant at Integr8tiv and is one of the most experienced iMIS consultants in Australia. Kati works with customers to manage and deliver best of breed iMIS solutions. She’s a Certified iMIS Professional and is also a Certified TopClass Administrator who has been working with iMIS for more than 18 years. Everyday Kati designs and delivers innovative solutions using iMIS and related software to help Integr8tiv customers get more from their software. Her skills include: Project management, business analysis, solution design, iMIS and RiSE configuration, iMIS upgrades, server setup and configuration, reports, training.

Alisa is a senior iMIS consultant at Integr8tiv with broad experience in iMIS since 2015. A Certified iMIS professional with a degree in information security, she brings expertise in business analysis, solution design, iMIS and RiSE configuration, reporting, website design and development, and experience with various CMS and CRM systems, as well as third-party integrations. Alisa is passionate about delivering innovative solutions tailored to clients' needs, ensuring both functionality and security.

Nick is a senior iMIS consultant and developer at Integr8tiv. His skills include third party integrations, iMIS integration, project management, technical leadership, IT strategy, software development, and he has been integrating third party applications to iMIS for over 10 years. Nick has worked as a CTO with both startups and large organisations and is an academic at Melbourne University. He has a focus on digital and online innovation.

Paul is a consultant and developer at Integr8tiv, specializing in iMIS solutions, web development, and business automation. With over 10 years of experience, Paul is skilled in a broad web tech stack, various programming languages, and cloud infrastructure and server management. His expertise in integrating and optimising iMIS systems ensures smooth operations for clients. Paul also excels in e-commerce, CRM integration, and delivering data-driven solutions for seamless deployments.
Outside of work, Paul enjoys exploring new technology and staying up-to-date with industry innovations.

Martin is an iMIS consultant at Integr8tiv. Though a recent addition to the team, he brings 17 years of experience as an IT applications specialist in the Education and Legal sectors. Martin is passionate about delivering solutions that meet client goals, while nurturing long-term partnerships that promote mutual success. Outside of work, he enjoys attending local live music events and spending time with family and friends.

Georgia is a senior consultant at Integr8tiv. Georgia has been an expert in iMIS solutions since 2018, working with various stakeholders to provide tailored business analysis and solutions. She focuses on understanding each client's specific needs to ensure their projects are successful.
Georgia is passionate about implementing new systems and improving business processes with iMIS. She takes pride in seeing her work make a positive difference for clients, helping them operate more efficiently and deliver great value to their members.
Outside of work, Georgia enjoys staying active by going to the gym and running, and she loves exploring Wellington's food scene.
